Military Industries MIL-W-46374A Vietnam War Pattern Watch on Webbing Strap - Probably Needs a New Battery or Likely Will Soon Hence Reduced to Clear
UNDER HALF PRICE!
We found a few of these watches were at our UK distributors shipping centre and will likely need batteries or will need them soon because they were manufactured three years ago and the battery life is approximately 3 years. This is a straightforward job for anyone with basic horological skills or very straightforward for any watchmaker service center.
The watches are all brand-new and were simply overlooked during a stock take.
These watches are virtually identical in appearance to the watches used by American troops in the Vietnam war during the 1960s and early 1970s. Military Industries still produce two US variants in both covert black and the original olive drab. As with the original watch these watches still retain the plexiglass acrylic crystal used on the watches at that time.
As far as the original W-46374 watches the spec for the MIL-W-46374A, was published on September 10th 1968, the original watches were plastic but MIL-W-46374A upgraded the watches to metal so this model is based on that watch.
